Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and delivering exceptional recruiting outcomes across the organization. This role develops and executes recruitment strategies, partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sources and evaluates qualified candidates, and facilitates a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. The HR Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support current business objectives and future organizational growth.
Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to):
Create job descriptions and collaborate with hiring manager in preparation and approval of job requisition
Manage the internal and external job postings
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in UKG
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements, Pre-screen and forward to hiring manager for consideration.
Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
Follow up with the related aspects of new hires, such as completing of health, employment, and insurance forms, notifying the department of employee's starting date and the requisition the employee is filling, etc.
Serve as organization resource for developing interviewing skills and other candidate assessment processes.
Participate in other activities and assignments as necessary.
Required Education / Competencies / Equivalent Experience (Prior to hire / transfer):
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related program.
Prior recruiting experience
Demonstrated professional demeanor, ethical conduct and excellent reputation for integrity.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate, influence and negotiate with others.
Ability to coach and train managers in appropriate interview techniques.
Demonstrated ability to organize work and set priorities to meet deadlines while working independently.
Considerable skill in interviewing and assessment techniques
Knowledgeable in most recent social media applications related to recruiting and networking
Proficient with MS Office applications; especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Action oriented with attention to detail.
Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic.
