JOB TITLE:  Recruiter II

POSITION LOCATION: Hybrid 

ANTICIPATED START DATE: 2-6 weeks after contract award

TRAVEL: Required up to 20%

ASRT, Inc. provides scientific, information management, management consulting, bioinformatics, and administrative program support to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other Federal and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of ASRT, Inc. and will be assigned to Federal Occupational Health (FOH)- Clinical Occupational Health Support, and is expected to  work in a hybrid environment with travel as needed to FOH Regional clinics located nationwide

SCOPE OF WORK

The recruiter leads recruitment for FOH East and FOH West clinical and administrative staff, ensuring rapid hiring.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop staffing strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines.
• Oversee job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Coordinate with the credentialing team.
• Track recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Onboard staff.
• Provide timely support to the PM and Transition Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, healthcare staffing 

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel

Clearance: Public Trust is likely required

Preferred:

Master of Public Health strongly preferred.

Clearance: FOH privileging, Public Trust required.

REQUIREMENT: Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or have authorization for employment in the United States.

SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
