Job Purpose
Develops and executes recruiting plans and strategies for multiple positions; attracts qualified candidates and fills open positions with top talent. This position exercises judgment and exerts influence on relevant objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of diverse Product and complexity while managing precedents; works independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sources and identifies candidates for open and pipeline positions using all available tools, including but not limited to the following: initial contact, HR interview, technical interview, and management interview.
2. Manages multiple clients and competing demands in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
3. Works closely with HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers to understand the recruiting needs of the business; anticipates hiring needs and proactively identifies recruiting solutions to meet those needs.
4. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.
5. Develops long-term, realistic, sustainable staffing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
6. Screens and interviews potential candidates. Prepares ratings on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with relevant company information.
7. Benchmarks compensation externally, creates effective sourcing strategies, sources candidates, conducts competency-based interview, checks references and executes the offer process flawlessly.
8. Ensures the organization complies with laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring.
9. Effectively troubleshoots problems that arise in connection with recruiting and hiring.
10. Keeps HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers updated as appropriate.
11. Effectively interacts with all levels of employees, answering questions and providing information.
12. Establish and maintain processes to maximize resume tracking software.

Qualifications
3 - 5 Years with BA 1 - 3 Years with MBA. Prefer Five years experience with staffing/recruitment for direct labor and professional experience. Exposure to manufacturing environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact well with people at all levels in, and outside of, the organization. Decision making skills and problem solving abilities.
