Recruiter - Location Lebanon

Purpose:

Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruiting, sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, the right employees with the right competencies and cultural fit that match the job requirement for various roles to meet the company objectives. He/She will play a big role in strengthening our company by adding the best available talent to our staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform the entire recruitment process including Job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation to fill all open positions.
   


2. Ensure all selected candidates are handpicked with the right competencies and cultural fit resulting in a successful hire.
   


3. Build a strong candidate database to be available when any new position opens up within short notice.
   


4. Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
   


5. Liaise with management of various department to deeply understand the requirement of the open position and conduct competency-based interviews and check references using the company preferred hiring method.
   


6. Provide a great candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
   

Requirements

Required Competencies:

1. Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
   


2. Ability to head hunt
   


3. Fluent English Speaker, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
   


4. Negotiation Skills
   


5. Ability to represent the company well for potential candidates
   


6. Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
   


7. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
   


8. Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
   


9. Good understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
   

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent
  


• 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
