Required, a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) recruiter. This position will support the skilled recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes throughout our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have goodcommunication skills, be proficient in social media management, and have a passion identifying and hiring the right talent the first time out. Must live in the Atlanta, GA area and be able to attend job fairs and company events when necessary.

Responsibilities
Duties:
Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers, HR Managers and candidates.
Assist the Recruiting Manager with creating and implementing recruitment strategies.
Manage job postings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
Ability to navigate Paylocity or similar ATS to ensure accurate candidate information and flow.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR sourcing in a manufacturing/high-volume recruiting setting.
Knowledge of social media management platforms for recruitment purposes.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Paylocity and Paradox.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both English and Spanish.
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
