The Opportunity:
As a Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic partner to both hiring managers and candidates, building trusted relationships that enable a consistently successful, end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, mission priorities, and workforce needs of the client groups supported, as well as current labor-market dynamics within targeted talent pools. You will provide data-driven guidance to hiring leaders on attraction strategies, sourcing approaches, and candidate selection to secure top-tier talent. You will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing through social networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making. You will ensure all recruiting activities and deliverables comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

You Have:
6+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities
2+ years of experience supporting full lifecycle recruitment activity for clients in the federal government space
2+ years of experience with Workday systems
Experience with talent pipelining, Boolean search, and social recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
