Essential Functions:   

As an On-Site Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for our client’s office location in Sauk Rapids & Osakis, MN.  This will involve sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates while managing hiring managers and candidate relationships. This is a long-term, open-ended W-2 contract opportunity with a possibility to go permanent.

What you need:

Ability to work on site up to 5 days a week and travel to two other plants in the are

3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with:

• Production Manufacturing Technician
• Weld Operator
• Welder
• CNC Machinist 1-3 tier
• CNC Machine Operator
• Materials Coordinator
• Setup Machinist
• Traffic Logistics Coordinator

Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Polished communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment 
Savvy with technology (PowerSuite and Carve) and able to learn new systems quickly 
Strong time management, attention to detail, and goal-oriented
