Pay: Non-exempt: $20-$23/hour. Excellent benefits include zero out of pocket cost for health insurance and generous paid time off.
Work Location: In person at main office located in Woodbridge, VA 22193.

Primary responsibilities for Recruiter /HR Coordinator role include, but are not limited to, the following: Identify recruiting sources, develop appropriate employment ad content, and post ads to facilitate recruiting efforts. Receive resumes, applications, and other employment-related inquiries, identify qualified applicants, conduct phone screens, arrange interviews, and participate in candidate selection. We use ADP Workforce Now Applicant Tracking Pull driving records from DMV website and review that the driving record meets insurance eligibility requirements. Generating Offer Letters Update and Maintain Staff Schedules Data Actively participate in new hire orientation activities. Positively promote the company and the benefits of joining our growing team. Distribute recruiting materials and employment advertisements. Identify and attend recruiting events and customize recruiting efforts accordingly to achieve desired staffing levels. Perform recruiting tasks with a sense of urgency and aggressiveness necessary to achieve or exceed desired staffing levels on a regular and consistent basis. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1+ years of recruiting-related experience A professional demeanor with appropriate presence and tact to suitably represent company in various environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills using the English language. Ability to occasionally travel to attend various recruiting-related events. Strong computer skills to include proficiency in MS Office and applications. Valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation to/from work.
Ideal candidates will possess at least 1 year of recruiting-related experience, be internet savvy, possess strong computer and communication skills, work well independently while collaborating with others to achieve organizational goals.
