Recruiting & Sales Representative

We’re looking for a results-driven recruiting/sales representative to bring in new customers and candidates. Join an established staffing and HR consulting firm, opening branches in the ATL, GA. area! We need a strong, motivated, professional representative to bring in new companies and talent.

Sales Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell staffing and human resource services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  


• Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  


• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  


• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  


• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  


• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  


• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  


• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  


• Identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of this position also includes identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation. You should also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.
  

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  


• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  


• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  


• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  


• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

• Monday to Friday
  


• Commission plus bonus pay scale
