BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Recruiting Associate in our Iselin, NJ Skilled Nursing office!

The Recruiting Associate will:
- Provide superior candidate and client experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Manage candidates through all stages of the hiring pipeline, including interviews, background checks, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with managers to ensure timely and compliant onboarding of new hires.
- Support recruiting efforts for field nurses, billing, and administrative staff.
- Build strong, communicative relationships with candidates, referral sources, and internal team members.
- Identify potential red flags and ensure compliance standards are met before moving candidates forward.
Qualifications for a Recruiting Associate:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Prior recruiting, HR, or healthcare compliance experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve goals.
- Strong computer skills required (applicant tracking systems, electronic medical record systems, or related platforms).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ambition to grow and advance within a mission-driven organization.

Base Salary: $45,000- $48,000 / year depending on qualifications
