Recruiting Coordinator

For Recruiting services in the Engineering, Construction & Manufacturing areas.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least two (2) years of exposure in Recruitment activities within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry. 
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Will be working with US/PR recruiters
• Hybrid (must be available to work on site)
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
• Experience in:
  • Scheduling interviews
  • MS Office
  • Handling multiple assigments simultaneously under strict time constraints

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Scheduling interviews, debriefs and other meetings (as necessary).
• Effectively communicate with interviewers and administrative assistants.
• Scheduling candidate travel.
• Facilitate background check and monitor progress.
• Understand candidate reimbursement process.
• Maintain interview tracker.
