The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring operations for a high-growth, award-winning platform trusted by 40 million developers and over 500,000 organizations, including 98% of the Fortune 500.

This role is open to candidates currently based in the New York City area or the San Francisco Bay Area, and you’ll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

What You’ll Do

  Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and guidance throughout the interview process

  
  


• 
  

  Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling, job postings, offer coordination, and hiring process logistics

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS-Greenhouse)

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with background checks, onboarding steps, and pre-employment documentation as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate closely with a global recruiting team to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently and thoughtfully

  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 
  

  Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or in a similar recruiting operations role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first mindset

  
  


• 
  

  Comfort working in a client-facing environment where priorities may shift

  
  


• 
  

  High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with ATS platforms, calendar tools, and collaboration software

  
  


• 
  

  A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a genuine interest in recruiting operations
