About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines across a portfolio of partner companies. You will partner closely with Regional Recruiters and hiring teams to proactively identify, engage, and qualify talent before and during active searches. This role is focused on top-of-funnel activity, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Military, and Social Media channels.

What Onboarding Looks Like
In your first 30 days, you will learn the business, sourcing tools, and partner hiring needs while building initial candidate pipelines. By day 60, you will be actively supporting multiple recruiters with consistent candidate flow and outreach activity. By day 90, you are fully ramped, operating independently, and playing a key role in ensuring pipelines remain strong across your assigned regions.
