Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter and the Human Resources Team throughout the recruitment process.
A day-in-the-life basic overview includes:

Post job advertisements on our ATS System and create job postings on ADP for internal purposes.
Update candidate records and job postings in the ATS/recruiting system daily.
Coordinate, schedule, and confirm phone, in-person, and Zoom interviews by communicating directly with internal staff and all applicants.
Maintain professionalism when greeting candidates for in-person interviews in our Century City location.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in various capacities, including special projects, compliance, reporting, evaluation process/ forms, maintaining personnel files, and assisting in coordinating and planning recruiting event functions.
Support applicant documentation, including resumes, cover letters, and relevant correspondence.
Coordinate, plan, and attend campus recruitment events (must be able to drive to locations outside of Century City, such as Northridge, CA)
Provide follow-up email correspondence to candidates and internal staff on recruiting status.
Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience.
Conduct phone interviews for entry-level positions while maintaining the utmost professionalism.
Perform other recruiting/HR duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:

1- 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment, either in an agency or in the internal recruitment space.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university focusing on Human Resources, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
High Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and virtual applications such as Zoom and MS Teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and an ability to meet deadlines.
Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work with a strong interest in a career in talent acquisition, recruiting, and human resources.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Handshake, HRIS systems, and ATS (Lever) is a plus, as is familiarity with various job platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
$55,000 - $65,000 a year

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $55,000.00-65,000.00. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
