Job Description - Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer

Reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition (Early Talent), you will play a dual role supporting early talent recruiting and enterprise-wide sourcing activities. This hybrid position combines organizational excellence with sourcing expertise to build a strong talent pipeline and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This role can be based in Chicago, Illinois or Omaha, Nebraska.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and administrative support for early talent recruiters and campus teams.

  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including scheduling career fairs and recruiting events, coordinating materials and resources, preparing logistics documents, and arranging candidate travel.

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in HR systems and manage data analysis to support recruiters in making data-driven decisions.

  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and implement sourcing strategies leveraging CRM, ATS, and external tools.

  • Identify and engage active and passive candidates for hard to fill and high-volume openings.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • 1+ year of recruiting coordination supporting campus recruitment efforts.

  • Knowledge of HR technology, including ATS tools such as Workday, CRM platforms such as Phenom, and third-party sourcing tools.

  • Experience compiling and interpreting data to guide recruiting decisions.

  • Travel up to 4 times per year as needed.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$56,300-$74,800

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
