Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) is instrumental in our entire recruiting process and representing the McDonalds brand and values. You are going to be a major part of Talent Attraction to deliver an exceptional experience to both internal and external candidates as well as our internal customers. The ideal timeline for this contract is 12 months, all based on business need.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling of high-volume interviews and meetings via Outlook and other ATS technologies
Coordinating domestic candidate travel
Liaising with business partners and TA to drive the hiring process and adhere to SLAs
Recruitment support of administrative tasks such as offer generation, posting on paid job boards, and gathering data
Adding new vendors to our system or updating contracts
Providing general administrative support to the Talent Attraction team
Participating in various projects on an as-needed basis
Creating strong partnerships within the TA team as well as leadership on internal departments
Ensuring a smooth on-site interview process that involves greeting candidates, providing a tour of MHQ, and answering candidate questions
Collaborating with other RCs, recruiters, and management on process improvement

Qualifications

Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
Previous high-volume scheduling experience strongly preferred
Ability to be flexible and creative while problem solving
Proven record of providing white glove customer service to all levels of an organization
Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word
SmartRecruiters experience a plus!
