Job Summary
We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to join our team! As our Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the recruiting department as a whole, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff, overseeing onboarding processes, and managing the department budget. You will also implement new procedures and improve existing procedures for best recruiting and hiring practices, collaborate with other departments to determine compensation strategies, and create reports on candidates, job postings, and more. The ideal candidate is well-versed in recruiting practices, has demonstratable management experience, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of recruiting professionals
- Oversee all recruiting and onboarding processes
- Audit existing processes and implement new procedures in line with best practices
- Hire, train, and mentor recruiting professionals in your department
- Work closely with other department heads to determine appropriate compensation and benefits packages
- Create detailed, accurate reports on department performance
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience desired
- Demonstratable management or leadership experience desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic computer software programs, including Microsoft Office suite
