That’s why we’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist in the Kearney area who is driven to find and inspire the caregivers who make our work possible.

About the role:

As our local Recruiting Specialist, you’ll be the face of AmanaCare’s hiring efforts: connecting with potential caregivers, sharing our mission, and guiding them through the hiring journey. You’ll help us build a strong, compassionate caregiving team that provides exceptional support to the people who rely on us.

What you'll do:

• Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates (on phone and in person)


• Build relationships with job seekers and help them understand what makes AmanaCare different.


• Conduct and review background checks.


• Negotiate and extend offers.


• Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals to support our growing client needs.


• Collaborate with our Senior Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth hiring process.


• Represent AmanaCare’s mission and values in all your recruiting efforts.
