Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Sourcing

• Source and engage candidates for open roles


• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent


• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations

Client & Candidate Management

• Support senior recruiters with day-to-day placement activity


• Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and progress


• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Office Operations

• Work on-site during scheduled hours: Monday–Thursday 11AM–7PM, Friday 9AM–1PM


• Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced office environment

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior recruiting experience required


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
