Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and execute recruitment strategies using job postings, agency partnerships, referrals, and digital platforms


✔️ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening to onboarding


✔️ Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide hiring recommendations


✔️ Prepare offer letters, manage negotiations, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience


✔️ Analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency


✔️ Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume or multi-role hiring

✅ Background in HR, staffing agencies, or talent acquisition

✅ Fluent Japanese (native level) & business-level English (TOEIC 700+)

✅ Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

✅ A data-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement

✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
