Recruiting Assistant/Staffing Consultant
Shift: M-F 8AM-5PM
Pay: $18 hour DOE
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Recruiting Assistant Job Description:
- Greet and welcome all individuals that come into the branch
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Input accurately all necessary Field Associate information into Bullhorn
- Administer pre-screen, applications and assessments of Field Associates
- Schedule candidates for assessment and interview
- Process employment verifications and documents in Bullhorn
- Process payroll
- Other duties as assigned
Recruiting Assistant Job Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Some Administrative, clerical or customer service experience
- Must be willing to make sales calls.
- Interpret documents, safety rules, and operating and procedure manuals
- Exercise common sense and discretion to meet company goals
- Independently solve problems involving clients and/or Field Associates
- Ability to work well within a team environment
