Role Title: Recruitment Analytics Consultant
Duration: 6 months (could potentially go longer depending on business need)
Work Location: (select one) Hybrid / Fully Onsite / Fully Remote Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote)
Work Schedule: Normal business hours (PT for Bay Area based person and ET for Boston based person, but both should be flexible to work across all US time zones as needed), Monday - Friday

Verily is a precision health tech company focused on research, care, and health financing. We were born out of *** X in 2015 and we’re now one of the most mature “Bets” within the Alphabet ecosystem (please note: we are a separate company from ***). Verily has recently ramped up its hiring efforts as it continues to push towards commercial viability and we’re looking for 2 technical recruiters to help support our Technology teams (software, hardware, UX, data science, IT, and security).
Overall Responsibilities: (Share 2-3 sentences about the POSITION)
Full Cycle Recruiting: sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews, negotiating and closing candidates
Client Management: partnering closely with hiring teams as a true talent advisor and SME for talent acquisition
Data and Analytics: ability to leverage recruiting data to diagnose overall process effectiveness and influence hiring teams

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
5+ years of experience in full cycle technical recruiting (technical recruiting = software, hardware, data science, security)
Experience managing senior stakeholders, i.e., Sr. Manager to Director level
Thrives in ambiguity and can drives to bring clarity
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: (Skills that would be nice to have but are not essential in the role)
Experience with Workday Recruiting
Experience pulling and utilizing recruiting analytics data
Experience in health tech

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within engineering or other technical skill sets.2-3 years of experience working directly with Senior Manager and Director-level stakeholders.

Experience closing senior level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to effectively use recruiting data to partner, influence, and drive decisions with key stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
