Recruitment and Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter/Trainer to join our team for a part-time position averaging 30–40 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate is sales-minded, highly organized, and passionate about recruiting and developing talent that aligns with the European Wax Center brand and values. We are looking for someone with prior experience in recruiting, management, or sales leadership who understands how to thoughtfully hire and train high-performing team members.

This role will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training employees across five Dallas-area locations:

• North Dallas
• Garland
• Lakewood
• Uptown
• University Park

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and sourcing qualified candidates
• Conducting interviews and making thoughtful hiring decisions
• Training and onboarding new team members
• Supporting a positive, performance-driven culture across all locations

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting, management, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel between all five Dallas-area locations for training and support
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Passion for team development and creating an exceptional workplace culture
