Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support our hiring needs across multiple roles. The consultant will manage end -to -end recruitment activities, delivering qualified candidates within agreed timelines. This is a performance -driven role suited to a self -managed recruiter who can work independently and consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned recruitment roles across various functions and seniority levels

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements

  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Manage candidate communication and provide regular recruitment updates

  • Ensure timely delivery of high -quality candidate profiles

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting

  • Uphold confidentiality and professional recruitment standards



Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in recruitment (recruitment consultancy or agency preferred)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interview skills

  • Excellent communication and candidate management skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools is an advantage
