The consultant will manage end -to -end recruitment activities, delivering qualified candidates within agreed timelines. This is a performance -driven role suited to a self -managed recruiter who can work independently and consistently deliver results.
Manage assigned recruitment roles across various functions and seniority levels
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage candidate communication and provide regular recruitment updates
Ensure timely delivery of high -quality candidate profiles
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
Uphold confidentiality and professional recruitment standards
3–6 years experience in recruitment (recruitment consultancy or agency preferred)
