We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases, and building long-term client relationships by providing quality staffing solutions. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for matching the right talent with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and organisational culture to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (e.g. ZOHO Recruit).
Conduct background checks, reference checks, and initial onboarding as required.
Assist in preparing client proposals and job descriptions.
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote open vacancies on appropriate channels.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support HR consulting projects, including psychometric testing and staff evaluations.
Maintain recruitment metrics and generate periodic performance reports.
Stay updated with labour market trends and emerging recruitment practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting (experience in a recruitment agency is a plus)
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and the MS Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritise effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.
Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Team player with a proactive approach and a solutions-driven mindset.
