Job Description - Recruitment Consultant





We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases, and building long-term client relationships by providing quality staffing solutions. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for matching the right talent with the right opportunities.







Responsibilities







  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.

  • Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and organisational culture to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (e.g. ZOHO Recruit).

  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and initial onboarding as required.

  • Assist in preparing client proposals and job descriptions.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote open vacancies on appropriate channels.

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Support HR consulting projects, including psychometric testing and staff evaluations.

  • Maintain recruitment metrics and generate periodic performance reports.

  • Stay updated with labour market trends and emerging recruitment practices.











Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting (experience in a recruitment agency is a plus) 

  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and the MS Office Suite. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritise effectively. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 

  • Team player with a proactive approach and a solutions-driven mindset.
