Recruitment Consultant

A successful candidate in this role needs to be able to source and qualify leads utilizing business development tactics in order to build and sustain positive business relationships with potential clients. After these relationships are established, candidates will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting niche, high-level engineering talent to work for their clients.
