JOB TITLE: Recruitment Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Operations/Expansion

REPORTS TO: Expansion Manager

POSITION TYPE: Full-time, exempt

SUMMARY: The Recruitment Coordinator identifies, recruits, and retains new members of Lambda Chi Alpha to help grow the Fraternity. This role is integral to the success of our organization by understanding it’s value proposition and communicating those to stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own Lambda Chi Alpha’s recruitment cycle, which encompasses identifying potential new members, interviewing candidates, and closing membership acceptance.

  • Articulate Lambda Chi Alpha’s vision, mission, and values as a solution to an expressed need of potential new members

  • Onboard new associate members to the Fraternity

  • Manage stakeholders for new associate Chapters, including alumni, advisers, campus-based partners, and the Office of Administration (OOA) team.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify needs of new Chapters and create tools to help Chapters with their growth efforts.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in sales or recruiting preferred.

  • Knowledge of fraternity/sorority life and Chapter operations

  • Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Salesforce, and Monday.com preferred.

  • Lambda Chi Alpha membership preferred, but not required.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

  • Project-based goals within the recruitment cycle

  • The number of leads generated.

  • The number of meetings held with leads.

  • The number of bids accepted.

  • The number of men initiated during the first semester of a project.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This position requires a significant amount of travel

  • The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 10
