BlueWater Health is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator/Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic acute care medicine practice that employs over 150 providers in 11 facilities across four states in New England to support our Human Resources operational team. About the Position:
This individual will work closely with leadership, medical directors, recruitment teams, and Human Resources to coordinate candidate outreach and facilitate a smooth hiring experience from initial contact through onboarding. It will also play an important role in supporting the corporate onboarding process, ensuring all requirements are completed and are in compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include creating a streamlined recruitment and onboarding experience, supporting provider readiness and reinforcing the culture of excellence within our organization. Experience in recruitment coordination, healthcare onboarding, and/or human resources is preferred.
Our successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Job Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or, in lieu of a degree, at least five years of experience in a similar role
Understanding of EEO and other related employment laws and guidelines preferred
High energy level, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a team-collaborating atmosphere
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple tasks, including complex scheduling and deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and able to work in multiple online portals and software programs
Results-oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations
Ability to use independent judgment (autonomous work) and to manage and impart confidential information
Customer service and relationship management focused
Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization
Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and complete tasks to achieve department goals
