BlueWater Health is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator/Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic acute care medicine practice that employs over 150 providers in 11 facilities across four states in New England to support our Human Resources operational team. This is a hybrid role.

About the Position:
This individual will work closely with leadership, medical directors, recruitment teams, and Human Resources to coordinate candidate outreach and facilitate a smooth hiring experience from initial contact through onboarding. It will also play an important role in supporting the corporate onboarding process, ensuring all requirements are completed and are in compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include creating a streamlined recruitment and onboarding experience, supporting provider readiness and reinforcing the culture of excellence within our organization. Experience in recruitment coordination, healthcare onboarding, and/or human resources is preferred.
Our successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
