Job Description - Recruitment Coordinator/Scheduler

Job Title: Coordination/Scheduler
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
As a Coordination/Scheduler, you will play a critical role in optimizing our recruitment processes by ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of interviews, meetings, and recruitment events. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will support our team’s ability to meet client needs effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate, schedule and host virtual interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related events.
Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure timely and smooth scheduling processes.
Maintain and update scheduling calendars and recruitment tracking systems.
Handle planning for recruitment events, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and material preparation.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including document management and data entry.
Assist in developing and improving scheduling protocols and procedures.
Monitor and report on recruitment activity and scheduling efficiency.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in coordination or scheduling, preferably in a recruitment or HR (Human Resources) setting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling software and recruitment management systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
