We are looking for a Recruitment Lead who combines strong people management skills with hands-on recruitment expertise. This role owns the recruitment function end-to-end from team leadership and process management to active involvement in hiring, client communication, and offer stages.
You will act as both a team leader and a senior recruiter, supporting recruiters in complex cases, working directly with clients, and ensuring a high-quality hiring experience on both candidate and client sides.

5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience
Proven experience leading or mentoring recruiters
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
Experience working with ATS systems
Upper-Intermediate or higher English (spoken and written)
Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
Confidence in offer discussions and candidate negotiations
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience in outstaffing companies is a strong advantage

Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on work
Data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment metrics
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5 recruiters
Set OKRs, KPIs, and performance standards for the recruitment team
Provide continuous feedback, guidance, and recruitment recommendations
Actively participate in recruitment for key or complex roles
Work directly with clients: clarify requirements, align expectations, and manage hiring processes
Support and participate in offer-stage activities, including offer calls and negotiations
Oversee and optimize ATS operations (pipelines, statuses, data quality, reporting)
Ensure consistent recruitment standards and best practices across the team
Support recruiters with candidate evaluation, interview feedback, and hiring decision-making
Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement
