Job Description - Recruitment Manager

Recruitment Manager (Boston $40-45 HR)
The Recruitment Manager will collaborate with Leadership to deliver a talent strategy to support company growth.

Responsibilities:
· Full cycle recruitment working closely with Hiring Managers
· Develop, maintain, and manage job postings across all resources
· Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
· Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
· Draft offer letters
· Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
· Performs other duties as assigned
· Serve as liaison/advocate between the program and the community

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
· Ability to work independently and as a collaborator
· Analytical and critical thinking skills, along with good planning and organizational skills
· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Proficient in ADP, Microsoft Office Products and Google Products

Education and Experience:
· BA in Human Resources or related field
· 3 - 5 years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process
· SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
