Recruitment Manager (Boston $40-45 HR)The Recruitment Manager will collaborate with Leadership to deliver a talent strategy to support company growth.Responsibilities:Full cycle recruitment working closely with Hiring ManagersDevelop, maintain, and manage job postings across all resourcesIdentify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organizationSchedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materialsDraft offer lettersAttend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessionsPerforms other duties as assignedServe as liaison/advocate between the program and the communityRequired Skills/Abilities:Well-developed interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of rolesAbility to work independently and as a collaboratorAnalytical and critical thinking skills, along with good planning and organizational skillsFamiliarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitmentAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficient in ADP, Microsoft Office Products and Google ProductsEducation and Experience:BA in Human Resources or related field3 - 5 years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring processSHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
