## What You\u2019ll Do\n\n## As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you\u2019ll shape how candidates discover, engage with, and experience the Applied Materials employer brand. You\u2019ll partner with recruiters and hiring teams to translate hiring needs into compelling stories, campaigns, and content that attract and convert top talent. This role blends strategy, creativity, and analytics\u2014ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable recruitment marketing programs and continuously improving the candidate journey.\n\n## \n\n## \n\n## Role Responsibilities: \n\n * ## Develop and execute global recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns aligned to hiring priorities\n\n * ## Collaborate with internal and external partners, including Corporate Communications, external agencies, vendors, and creative designers\n\n * ## Create and optimize candidate-facing content, including job descriptions, career site content, social posts, email campaigns, and talent landing pages\n\n * ## Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand role requirements and position opportunities clearly and compellingly\n\n * ## Manage and optimize recruitment marketing channels, including organic and paid social, job boards, and talent communities\n\n * ## Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) to improve campaign effectiveness\n\n * ## Ensure consistent employer brand messaging across all candidate touchpoints\n\n * ## Stay current on industry and recruitment marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously test and improve programs\n\n\n\n\n## \n\n## Minimum Qualifications: \n\n * ## Bachelor\u2019s degree\n\n * ## 4\u20137 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent attraction\n\n * ## Proven experience creating candidate-facing content that drives engagement and conversion\n\n * ## Hands-on experience managing recruitment marketing campaigns across social, email, and/or paid media channels\n\n * ## Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills\n\n * ## Experience using data and insights to measure performance and inform decisions\n\n * ## Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\n\n\n\n\n## \n\n## Preferred Qualifications: \n\n * ## Experience with marketing B2B companies who do not have a consumer brand\n\n * ## Familiarity with Workday, Eightfold, Radancy, and/or other recruitment marketing platforms\n\n * ## Experience working in a global, matrixed organization\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$101,000.00 - $139,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
