Recruitment Specialist (Future Contract Opportunity)

Job Summary

TalentWise LLC is building a pipeline of qualified professionals for potential future
contract opportunities supporting Arlington County, VA.

The Recruitment Specialist provides administrative and technical support for recruitment
and selection processes, working closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and
hire qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and hiring activities across departments
• Develop job postings and recruitment strategies
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on qualifications
• Support hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes
• Assist with HR-related functions such as onboarding and workforce planning
• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR support
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
