Having started as a 3-person business in 2013, we’re proud to now have

in our Trinnovo family around the world. We now plan to grow to 450 people in the over the next 4 years and are looking leaders to help us achieve this vision! In this role you will manage an existing team, with a focus on European recruitment, and continue to expand and grow this team.

What we need this Team Leader to do:

Manage a team of experienced recruiter and continue to grow this team
Coaching / developing & training - bringing trainees through to consultants and developing consultants into managers
Manage your team through the use of smart data and using that information to drive activity where necessary
Identify talent trends and leverage relative market knowledge, data and competitive intelligence
Expand the verticals that we operate in as the team expands
Lead by example through your own personal billings
Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs; their industry, what they do, their work culture, to become a market leading industry specialist
Negotiate T&Cs, salary and consulting rates
Be innovative yourself and motivate your team to experiment with next generation advertising and sourcing techniques
Use an array of sales, business development, marketing techniques, company meet ups and networking events to engage with our clients and candidates
Host events, webinars and podcasts in partnership with our marketing team, clients and candidates
Work closely with the marketing team to help create original content such as blogs, events, podcasts, Vlogs etc
