POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supplemental Workforce Team is looking for a Specialist to assist with filling a number of contingent positions in a short timeframe.

Primary Responsibilities:

Screens potential contingent worker candidates to ensure the best qualified candidates are presented to the hiring manager
o Responsible for reviewing resumes, setting up and conducting phone interviews, providing feedback to suppliers
o Selecting and proposing best qualified candidates for hiring manager interviews
o Managing and administrating the screening process in VMS system
Updating Specialists on progress, challenges, and issues as they come up

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education

Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant experience

Experience (Years/Type):

3+ years of experience in contingent staffing or sourcing
MUST HAVE: Experience with recruiting Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or Industrial Engineering positions (non-IT)
Experience in utilizing a vendor management solution (preferably SAP Fieldglass)
Experience in a large corporate environment preferred
