Job Title: Red Cap Driver

Position Overview: 

Jim Taylor Ford is looking for a responsible, customer-focused Red Cap Driver to join our team. This role involves assisting in customer service and vehicle delivery, along with a variety of administrative and driving responsibilities. As a Red Cap Driver, you will be expected to maintain a clean driving record, have excellent organizational skills, and ensure quality interactions with our valued customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

 • Perform basic data entry tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

 • Maintain and update basic Excel spreadsheets.

 • Make phone calls to customers to coordinate service and delivery details.

 • Pickup and deliver vehicles to customers safely and efficiently, including larger trucks.

 • Ensure vehicles and workspaces are kept clean and orderly.

 • Exhibit good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times.

 Qualifications:

 • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

 • Comfort driving a variety of vehicles, including larger trucks.

 • Basic knowledge of data entry and Excel.

 • Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone.

 • Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented.
