Overwrap Supervisor

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Overwrap!
We are seeking an experienced Overwrap Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role ensures safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery standards are consistently achieved while supporting team development and operational excellence.
Location: Durham, NC
Schedule: Onsite, Shift

What You’ll Do
Lead overwrap production operations and daily workflow execution
Supervise and develop production team members
Drive performance metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate production reporting and shift communication
Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
Promote compliance with safety, ISO, and company standards
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the department
What You’ll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of manufacturing experience
Prior supervisory experience in overwrap, packaging, or printing production preferred
Knowledge of production equipment, conveyors, shrink-wrap systems, or similar machinery
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
