Job Description - Reel Business Process Specialist

BUSINESS PROCESS REELS

Mission:

This role is responsible for supporting Business Product Manager and Supply Chain Manager with several key functions including reporting, process improvements, technological support to achieve their target, and to facilitate day to day activities. This person ideally will act as project manager for all the ongoing activities helping maintaining accountability and deadlines. This person will be the main liaison with the Alesea Team, Reel Hunter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify KPIs & create reporting system to show the performances of the BU Reels YoY:
    • Ensure the adherence of the programs
    • Ensure the Team’s KPIs are monitored
    • Ensure the budget is under control
    • Use the data to drive actions
  • Ensure processes created are simple, fast and reliable:
    • Map the current processes involving all stakeholders
    • Analyze gaps and opportunity to improve them through simplification
    • Ensure proper training and documentation is created.
    • Training and communication of innovations
  • Innovation Ambassador: work with the team to identify the areas requiring innovation, serve as connector with different individuals to allow a boost of the innovation process.
    • You will be responsible for the technological innovations related to Alesea and SAP.
  • Knowledgeable on Alesea products and business:
    • Product: specifications, installations, capabilities
    • Business: Collaborate with teams in NA, EU and Milan
  • Reel Hunter: Responsible to ensure empty reels are coming back to
    • Works closely to Business Product Sr. Specialist to obtain the contacts at customer and with the Supply Chain Sr. Specialist to ensure the right reels are being returned
    • Minimize the number of empty reels at customer sites
    • Responsible for enhancement on Reel Hunting process

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering or a related field, alternatively 1-2 years of experience in Data Analysis/Process Improvement/Project Management
  • Prior Exposure to Project Management: Clear communication style, Organization, Sensitive to deadline and Milestones.
  • Data Management abilities: IT tools knowledge, Data management and Reporting capabilities.
  • Structured mindset projected to simplification and speed. Ability to understand, map and improve a process in autonomy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in teams, manage schedules, take decisions and be accountable for the work done, and action on internal stakeholder feedback
  • Office knowledge Excel, Word, Power Point.

Preferred

  • AI exposure, ability to use it effectively
  • Power BI Reporting (preferred) or equivalent tool.
  • Speaking French
  • Proven experience and success on Project Management
