As a Referral and Diagnostic Coordinator at HealthFirst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely access to specialty care and diagnostic services. From managing referral requests to scheduling appointments and verifying insurance coverage, your work behind the scenes directly impacts the patient experience. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous office administration or receptionist experience or a minimum of one year work experience in a medical office setting.
SKILLS: Telephone etiquette, customer service, basic word and excel programs, time management, multi-tasking, organizational, clear and effective communication and able to prioritize.
