Greater Goals ABA Corp | $60,000/Year + Commission | Full-Time

This is a sales role with heart. You'll be out in the field every day — building relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations — and every deal you close is a family getting connected to care they need.

If you're competitive, organized, and good at building trust fast, we want to talk to you.

Day-to-Day:

• 12–15 in-person visits, with a goal of 8–10 real referral conversations


• Own the client journey from first contact to active service


• Work with intake to keep your pipeline clean and moving


• Support staffing coordination and keep the field connected to HQ


• Build repeat, long-term partnerships — not one-off referrals


• Report weekly on your numbers and pipeline health

What You Bring:

• Proven outreach, BD, or client acquisition experience


• A track record managing a pipeline with results to prove it


• Self-discipline to manage your own schedule and territory


• Natural relationship-building instincts and reliable follow-through


• Bonus: familiarity with ABA or the autism/behavioral health space
