Seeking a dedicated and experience insurance referral clerk to efficiently coordinate patient referrals for our specialist office. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of medical insurance referral experience and possess strong organization skills to ensure the timely processing of referral information. Responsibilities include obtaining referrals from various insurance portals, completing necessary forms, loading authorizations, and verifying insurance coverage. The role requires the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, along with professional verbal and written communication skills to interact with providers, insurance companies, patients, and clinical staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
