Job Summary:


Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time Marketer Referral Coordination Associate to join our team. This role is dedicated to managing and supporting referrals received through our marketing partners and external referral sources. The Marketer Referral Coordination Associate will serve as the primary point of contact between Ennoble Care and our marketers, ensuring timely communication, accurate tracking, and proactive scheduling of referred patients.

 

In this role, you will manage day-to-day chats and outreach with marketers, provide real-time updates on referral status, and work closely with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams to convert referrals into completed new patient visits. This position plays a critical role in strengthening referral relationships, improving referral conversion, and supporting Ennoble Care’s growth.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary liaison between Ennoble Care and assigned marketers, managing ongoing communication through chat, email, and phone.

  • Receive, track, and monitor all marketer-referred patients from initial referral through scheduling and first visit completion.

  • Provide timely and proactive updates to marketers on referral status, next steps, and any required follow-up.

  • Coordinate and schedule new patient appointments for marketer-referred patients, ensuring accuracy in demographics, insurance, and visit details within the electronic medical record (EMR).

  • Proactively identify unscheduled or stalled referrals and take action to move them forward, including patient outreach and internal coordination.

  • Collaborate closely with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams to resolve referral issues, missing information, or scheduling barriers.

  • Document all marketer and patient interactions, referral updates, and scheduling actions clearly and promptly.

  • Identify and escalate high-priority or time-sensitive referrals to leadership or appropriate operational teams as needed.

  • Maintain a professional, responsive, and relationship-driven approach to communication that reinforces trust and partnership with marketers.

  • Support departmental goals by contributing to referral conversion efforts, process improvement initiatives, and related administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage frequent real-time interactions and status updates.

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through, capable of managing multiple referrals and marketer relationships simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with shifting priorities.

  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office programs, chat-based communication tools, and EMR systems (preferred).


Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
