Description
Women’s Care is a dedicated women’s health clinic providing compassionate, patient-centered care through all stages of life. Our mission is to ensure every patient receives timely, respectful, and personalized healthcare. We are seeking a Referral Coordinator to support our new patient intake process and help streamline care for individuals referred to our clinic. This role ensures a seamless experience by coordinating initial appointments, verifying insurance, collecting medical records, and guiding patients through their first visit with us.
About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our Admin location on Coburg Rd in Eugene, OR. This position has an expectation of 40hrs per week, Monday – Friday and we are proud to offer an attractive benefits package. Our Referral Coordinator pay range is $19.59 - $23.61/hr.

· Receive, review, and process patient referrals from external healthcare providers or patients.
