Help ensure patients receive timely access to specialty care by coordinating referrals, supporting beneficiary communication, and keeping referral workflows moving accurately from start to finish. You'll play an important role in connecting patients, providers, and specialty services while delivering exceptional customer service.
At International SOS Government Medical Services, you'll support healthcare programs that improve patient care and operational readiness across the U.S. and internationally. Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide.
You'll support specialty care referrals, review coordination, beneficiary counseling, referral tracking, and patient communication in Tampa, Florida. This role is designed for someone who can manage details, deadlines, and healthcare documentation without losing sight of the patient experience.
You'll coordinate specialty referrals, communicate with patients and providers, and support accurate referral management across multiple healthcare systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
