Position Overview 
Zinda Law Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented Referral Marketing & Events Coordinator to support and grow our attorney referral program. 

 
This role will serve as the operational backbone of our referral marketing efforts, managing event planning, partner communications, outreach coordination, CRM management, and administrative support. Working closely with the Referral Development Team, you will help create exceptional experiences for referral partners while ensuring all relationship-building initiatives are executed seamlessly. 

 
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, and has a passion for creating memorable experiences that strengthen professional relationships. 

Responsibilities 

 
1) Event Planning & Execution

• Coordinate referral partner events, dinners, happy hours, sporting events, concerts, and networking functions
  


• Manage invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, venue coordination, and event logistics
  


• Coordinate vendors, catering, gifts, and event materials
  


• Attend events to ensure smooth execution, as needed  
  

2) Partner Communications

• Manage ongoing communication with referral partners and prospects
  


• Coordinate invitations, follow-ups, thank-you messages, and event outreach
  


• Assist with maintaining consistent Partner touchpoints throughout the year
  


• Help ensure referral partners receive a best-in-class experience 
  

3) CRM & Administrative Support 

• Maintain accurate referral partner records and activity tracking
  


• Update CRM systems and referral databases
  


• Generate reports and track referral program KPIs
  


• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and relationship-building activities
  


• Assist with budgeting, invoice tracking, and vendor management

4) Program Coordination

• Support referral marketing campaigns and initiatives


• Assist with gift programs, sponsorships, and community partnerships


• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and partner engagement


• Ensure all referral-related projects are executed on time and at a high level

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, business development support, client relations, or a similar role


• Exceptional organizational and project management skills


• Strong written and verbal communication abilities


• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail


• Professional, polished, and relationship-focused demeanor


• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace


• Event planning experience preferred


• Legal, professional services, or business development experience is a plus
