Refinish Technician

The Refinish Technician’s primary responsibility includes providing an exceptional and successful customer and internal reconditioning experience through meticulous refinishing to ensure a quality refinished repair of each customer and internal vehicle to restore it back to pre-accident condition. The Refinish Technician thoroughly mixes, color matches and refinishes each vehicle while playing a pivotal role toward Tech 3's promise of speed, quality and customer excellence. The Refinish Technician works in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility’s KPIs and is committed to being a dedicated Brand Ambassador of Tech 3 Automotive at all times.  Tech 3 Automotive is dedicated to providing a safe work environment for all of our employees and our Refinish Technicians are provided with PAPR Systems to keep them safe and comfortable.

Pay is flat rate based on experience and certifications.
