Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Refinishing Technician to join a Tulsa-based team. This role focuses on disassembling, refinishing, and reassembling hardware and metal components. The Refinishing Technician will play an important part in restoring finishes, ensuring durability, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully disassemble hardware and metal components in preparation for refinishing.
• Perform surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and masking parts.
• Polish and buff metal surfaces to restore or enhance finish quality.
• Coordinate with plating vendors or in-house teams for replating processes.
• Reassemble components accurately, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Inspect finished products for quality, finish consistency, and durability.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in refinishing, metal polishing, or assembly preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment.
• Ability to read and follow instructions or diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
• Calipers and micrometers experience is a plus.
• 1–3 years’ experience with scales, rulers, and protractors.
