You work with experts in Ophthalmology.
Your tasks at a glance
You complete preoperative and postoperative measurements, offering clear explanations to patients throughout the process.
You review imaging maps to validate their accuracy.
You are knowledgeable about procedures and technologies available in the clinic.
You provide outstanding customer service and patient care.
You will be cross-trained as aSurgical Assistant(once your initial training is completed).
A clear view of your assets
You are motivated to learn how to use various diagnostic and testing tools.
You have experience with several diagnostic tools and tests, including topography, refraction, slit lamp examination, lensometry, autorefraction, visual acuity, pupillometry, fundus photography, corneal tachymetry, tonometry, corneal topography, corneal tomography, OCT testing of the cornea and retina, biometry, and corneal higher order aberration testing.
You have experience in an optical environment.
You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Required: You have excellent communication skills in English.
Schedule: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday (8:00 am-4:00 pm).
