We’re hiring a hands-on Refrigeration Foreman who can lead commercial install projects from start to finish. If you’ve run crews, piped racks, charged systems, and aren’t afraid to get in there alongside your team, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Lead refrigeration installs from demo through final startup
• Supervise crews, coordinate with GCs and other trades
• Pipe, braze, test, evacuate, and charge rack/split/condensing systems
• Interpret refrigeration plans, wiring diagrams, and line sets
• Oversee commissioning of medium- and low-temp systems
• Manage jobsite safety, materials, and daily reporting
• Mentor junior techs and installers
• Travel for regional/national rollout projects

What You Bring

• Commercial refrigeration experience (walk-ins, display cases, evaporators, condensers)
• Strong reading of wiring diagrams/schematics
• Skilled with multiple refrigerants and brazing/soldering
• Clear communication and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work nights/weekends
• EPA Certification preferred (we can help you get it)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
